What to Expect During Your Naturopathic Medicine Office Visits

Initial Office Visit

Please come at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Bring any medications and supplements that you are taking as well as copies of any recent lab work. Your initial office appointment consists of a comprehensive medical history intake including questions such as lifestyle, diet, stress level, emotion to understand you as a whole; followed by physical exam leading to an individualized treatment plan. We may order new blood work or other diagnostic tests as indicated. We will also discuss and outline short-term and long-term goals at reaching your optimal health. Visits typically go on for about 60 minutes.


Return Office Visit

We understand it’s not always easy to make lifestyle changes leading to a healthier life. With compassion and support, we will evaluate your health progress, review laboratory or diagnostic results perform a variety of treatments, listen to your concerns leading to a personal and finely tuned treatment plan. Return visits run approximately 15-30 minutes.

Acute Office Visit

For non-emergency complaints that need immediate attention. Example: Treatments for common colds, flu, urinary tract infections, ear infections. Run approximately 30 minutes

For establish patient only. Phone consultation is reserve only to clarify treatment plan and answer questions.
